Via his Organisation I.I.M.U.N., he has been a mentor to thousands of students - many of those who have worked with him are now elected members of government, civil servants, lawyers, business leaders, doctors, and authors all now spreading their own ideas of India. He also runs multiple businesses, serves on the Boards of various universities, runs a foundation, and helps manage his family's company. Nothing drives him more than providing a platform for young minds to flourish into leaders, a goal that I.I.M.U.N. constantly strives to achieve. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring different cuisines around the globe, so much so that his love for food has led him to run a micro food blog on Instagram.

Pooja serves as Chargé d’Affaires at India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (I.I.M.U.N.) and is one of the eight members of its Core Council, the organisation’s apex decision-making body and works in the Conferences Department. Passionate about the East of India, political science, and governance, she finds joy in interacting and understanding the perspective from a young person's lens and tries to impact their lives in the smallest possible way by putting together conferences for them. In her free time, you are likely to find her writing poems, listening to music or watching movies. She has called I.I.M.U.N. her home for over 5 years and lives by the quote "Everything comes to us that belongs to us if we create the capacity to receive it."
Stuti serves as Chargé d’Affaires at India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (I.I.M.U.N.) and is one of the eight members of its Core Council, the organisation’s apex decision-making body. She works across I.I.M.U.N.’s marquee projects, primarily the Championship Conference. Six years with I.I.M.U.N. have meant countless conferences, thousands of young people, travel across continents, and, by now, a slightly concerning relationship with spreadsheets. She comes from Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, a city with more history and stories than could ever fit into a biography. Perhaps that explains her curiosity about people, places, cultures and the stories they carry. Her work with I.I.M.U.N. has taken her across South America, Switzerland, Japan and several parts of India, giving her the opportunity to work with young people from diverse backgrounds and represent India along the way. She has also had the privilege of learning from and interacting with individuals such as Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Ajay Piramal and Chiefs of the Armed Forces, among others. Having experienced I.I.M.U.N. as a participant, team member and now leader, she has seen the organisation grow while figuring out her own place in it. Along the way, she has learnt that the most rewarding part is rarely the conference itself. It is the people you meet, the perspectives they leave you with, and the stories you collect along the way. Still learning, still unlearning, still figuring it out, and still clicking far too many pictures along the way, she sees this as only the beginning.
Having joined the Organisation as a volunteer in 2022, Arshyan now serves as the Senior Director in the Conferences Department, where he leads projects across India and helps thousands of students engage beyond the classroom. A football enthusiast, he enjoys traveling, winding down with a strong cup of black coffee, and meeting new people. Over the years, the Organisation has now become more than just work for him - it’s a place that he proudly calls home.
Chiranjeev Virwani serves as a Senior Director at I.I.M.U.N. leads with a simple belief — titles don’t make leaders, people do. As part of the leadership he’s known not just for what he does, but how he does it: with empathy, directness, and a deep commitment to putting others forward. He believes that being brilliant at your work means nothing if you can’t admire others, respect their journey, and stay human in how you lead. For Chiranjeev, the loudest voice in the room isn’t always the most impactful — often, it’s the one that creates space for others to rise. A solution-first thinker, he doesn’t sugarcoat problems. He believes in calling things as they are — no filters, no fluff — and then asking the only question that really matters: “So what do we do about it?” With plans to pursue his MBA, Chiranjeev’s long-term dream is to lead in the corporate world — not for power, but for purpose. He wants his work to make lives better, not the opposite. And in everything he does, his North Star remains the same: be kind, stay real, and always, always lift others with you.Beyond work, he’s unapologetically curious. His non-negotiables? Staying fit, reading, and diving into conversations about geopolitics and global affairs. It might bore a few, but the few who stay — that’s where the best discussions happen.

Deeply passionate about public speaking, leadership, and inspiring change, she continues to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s growth. From managing large-scale projects to mentoring young delegates, her journey at I.I.M.U.N. has been nothing short of transformative. A trained martial artist and a committed leader, Moorti balances her fierce discipline with a kind heart. When she’s not brainstorming ideas or travelling for conferences, you’ll find her reading, doting on cats, or having warm conversations with people around her. Always eager to explore and grow, she carries forward the spirit of Uniting the world – the Indian way in everything she does.

Mitesh, who is pursuing his degree from H.R. College, comes from a background where speaking up wasn’t his strength and dreaming big almost felt out of reach. From someone who could barely speak a sentence together in a room full of people to now leading a team of young volunteers at I.I.M.U.N., his journey has been nothing short of inspiring. He joined the organisation at 16, because his trip never made it out of a group chat - without knowing that this journey would eventually take him across 50+ cities, both in India and abroad, over the past five years. His passion lies in empowering teenagers - helping them learn the life skills that schools often forget to teach, skills that he himself had to discover outside the classroom. From taking baby steps in the organisation to now working on changing lives in places most wouldn't even find on the map - from empowering students in Bargarh to teaching yoga in Belgium - Mitesh has always believed in flying high while staying grounded
Piyush Khuman is pursuing his studies in Finance at the University of Mumbai and serves as a Senior Director at I.I.M.U.N. Working on conferences and projects has taught him how to handle challenges under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively with people from different backgrounds. Brijesh Joshi leads the Substance Department at I.I.M.U.N. Originally from Haldwani, the ""Land of Gods,"" and a B.Tech graduate in Biotechnology, he joined the Organisation as an intern in 2022 and has since risen to this role. Under him, the team shapes study materials and trainings that prepare every delegate and Presiding Officer, while giving voice to the Organisation's ideas through the I.I.M.U.N. magazine and Glocal by I.I.M.U.N. He leads by example rather than instruction, and trusts his team enough to let them grow into their own decisions. It's the same instinct that shapes how he solves problems: he's rarely in a hurry for an answer that only holds up for now. For Brijesh, I.I.M.U.N. is a place that gives young people the confidence to lead, the exposure to see the world differently, and the tact to navigate any room they walk into. Endlessly curious, he's usually chasing his next ""how does this work?"" whether that means picking up a new sport, exploring what AI can do, or just learning something new for the sake of it. When he's not doing that, he's likely on a basketball or badminton court, or out on a trek.
Originally from Belagavi and currently pursuing law in Bangalore, Anandi Belagali is a Senior Director at I.I.M.U.N. and has never been particularly good at accepting “because that’s how it is” as an answer. She leads the Substance Department, working on academic curation, study material, and training and mentoring the Presiding Officers who bring the committees to life. Having worked with thousands of students across the globe, she believes the best rooms are the ones where even the quietest person feels comfortable speaking. For Anandi, I.I.M.U.N. is a place that gives young people the confidence to question, the knowledge to argue, and the humility to listen. Outside I.I.M.U.N., she’s usually somewhere between filter coffee, half-read law books, a bookstore, an unfinished canvas, and an old song she’ll insist was better.

Whether she is building a conference, engaging with a school, or guiding a young team member, she remains driven by one thing- to create experiences that make young people question more, believe in themselves, and leave with a world that feels a little bigger than when they arrived.
